UFLEOS allowed two "NUNSO" representatives who are actually Braidwood Nuclear Officers to negotiate the contract for their fellow NSO's and their families. Their inexperienced showed and the employer took full advantage of it. NUNSO stumbled through negotiations and on the eve of the contract expiration FAILED to signed extension.

This major mistake caused the employer to hire a contingency force. Steve Maritas tried to get the company to sign an extension - but they wouldn't and  each day they make an offer lower than the day before.
